Weekday Round-Up Support and the 30-minute Audio Support Call are designed for continued hand-holding on the same current concern — the plan is already in motion and you need support staying steady. They’re best used while your plan is still current (typically within around four weeks of your package ending or your last paid support). If it’s been longer, we’ll usually recommend a 60-minute video consultation first so guidance matches where your baby is now.
Follow-Up Consultations (60 minutes) are for a deeper reset — when things have shifted, you want fresh eyes, or you need a clear updated plan.
Solid Feeding and Sleep & Routine Follow-Ups include a personal Nourished Pathway plan to take away. They can be booked at any time for past clients — whether you’re taking the next step after tube weaning/solids work, or returning later because your baby’s needs have changed.
