Ways we can help

Helping babies thrive – and parents exhale.

A clear, no-pressure pathway for feeding, sleep and the whole baby – always rooted in trust.

Choose the support that fits your baby

Many families arrive here after seeing multiple professionals, sometimes for months or years, and still feeling stuck. That’s not because anyone has failed. It’s because feeding is rarely solved by credentials alone.

The Nourished Baby Collective bridges the gap between your baby’s medical history and day to day feeding reality. We don’t replace medical care, but we focus on what is often missed: behavioural readiness, feeding anxiety, nervous system safety, the relationship around food, and your baby’s personality.

Feeding support is never one size fits all. The pathway has to fit the child in front of us.

Tube Weaning

Tube Weaning groundwork

For babies who are non-oral, fully tube-dependent, medically complex, or showing high feeding anxiety. We Reflect on your baby’s history and current tube feeding pattern, then Restore readiness – rhythm, comfort, technique, equipment, environment, and no-pressure offers. Reductions don’t begin here. This is the preparation phase that builds trust and safety first, so when it’s time to wean, you’re not guessing or forcing timing.

Tube Weaning

For babies with a consistent window of stability and some oral feeding practice – bottle, cup, or solids (even if small or inconsistent). This is where we begin guided tube feed reductions in a structured, baby-led way, while protecting trust, safety, and your baby’s relationship with feeding. We Reflect on the full picture, Restore readiness and rhythm as we go, then Reclaim steadier oral feeding over time. Behaviour first, volumes follow.

Tube Weaning Bundle

For families who want the full Nourished Pathway end-to-end. You’ll receive two consultations and two stages of support: Groundwork first (preparation, no reductions), then Tube Weaning when your baby is ready. We use Groundwork to stabilise rhythm, comfort, and oral foundations, then move into guided tube feed reductions with weekday round-up support. Ideal if you want continuity, momentum, and one joined-up plan from start to tube freedom.

Pivot to solids

A Plan B for families I’ve already supported when the bottle route hasn’t been the right fit. You’ve done the work, but your baby didn’t choose the bottle and that’s okay. We pivot into a solids-led pathway with a clear, no-pressure structure: Reflect on what we’ve learned so far, Restore solids foundations and cup progress, then Reclaim momentum toward tube freedom. Not a reset to zero, a shift to the route that fits your baby.

Solid Feeding

Solid groundwork

For babies starting solids who need calmer structure and clearer guidance – including many tube-fed babies who are later to solids, or families who can feel pressure creeping in. We Reflect on what’s happening now, Restore the foundations that make meals feel safe and predictable (skills, routine, boundaries, confidence), then Reclaim steady progress over time. This is about building long-term resilience with food, not chasing mouthfuls.

Picky eating support

For toddlers who are selective, stuck, or refusing – limited safe foods, strong preferences, tension at meals, and big feelings around eating. This is long-game support: we Reflect on patterns and pressure points, Restore structure and exposure habits without short-order cooking or persuasion, then Reclaim steadier progress over months (not days). Change is gradual, but it’s absolutely possible with calm consistency and the right foundations.
